Youth Football Camp
Buckeye Valley Youth football camp will be held July 15th, 16th, and 17th from 6 pm - 8 pm.
*We cannot guarantee t-shirts for registration after June 1st*
Things to bring:
- Water Bottle
- Cleats
What NOT to bring:
- Helmets / Other Gear
- Footballs / Other Balls

Medical Treatment Consent
I hereby consent that my child can receive any necessary medical treatment for any condition or injury suffered while attending the 2025 Baron football Camp. I understand that the camp does not carry medical or accident insurance on behalf of any camper and that I will be responsible for any expenses incurred on his/her behalf in connection with such treatment. I release the camp and its workers from all claims and liabilities of injuries sustained by my son/daughter. I confirm that my son/daughter is physically fit to participate in the camp and agree that he/she is adequately covered by medical insurance.
